(TSX-V: SYH ) (OTCQB: SYHBF ) (Frankfurt: SC1P ) (the “Company”) announces with deep sorrow that Co-Founder and Director, Richard (“Rick”) Kusmirski, P.Geo., M.Sc., recently passed away, at the age of 68 after a lengthy illness.
