Basin Uranium Announces Non-Brokered Private Placement of Units and Flow-Through Shares

Vancouver, British Columbia–(Newsfile Corp. – September 23, 2022) – BASIN URANIUM CORP. (CSE: NCLR) (OTC PINK: BURCF) (" Basin Uranium " or the " Company ") is pleased to announce a non-brokered private placement (the " Unit Private Placement ") of units of the Company (the " Units ") at a price of $0.15 per Unit for gross proceeds of up to $1,000,000. Each Unit will be comprised of one common share in the capital of the Company (each, a " Share ") and one Share purchase warrant (each, a " Warrant "). Each Warrant is exercisable to purchase one additional Share for a period of 24 months from the closing date at an exercise price of $0.25 per Share.
