Toronto, Ontario–(Newsfile Corp. – March 14, 2022) – Purepoint Uranium Group Inc. (TSXV: PTU) (OTCQB: PTUUF) (" Purepoint " or the " Company ") has entered into an engagement agreement (the " Engagement Agreement ") with Red Cloud Securities Inc.
