(CSE: URM ) ( the "Company") is pleased to announce, further to its news release of December 15, 2022, that the Company has closed the previously announced non-brokered private placement of units of the Company (the " Units ") by the issuance of 8,575,000 Units at $0.10 per Unit for gross proceeds of $857,500.00 (the " Offering ").
