SASKATOON, Saskatchewan–( BUSINESS WIRE )–Cameco (TSX: CCO; NYSE: CCJ) today reported its consolidated financial and operating results for the third quarter ended September 30, 2022 in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
