Strathmore Plus Announces Upsize of Private Placement of up to CAD $2,000,000

Kelowna, British Columbia–(Newsfile Corp. – September 5, 2023) – Strathmore Plus Uranium Corporation (TSXV: SUU) (OTCQB: SUUFF) (" Strathmore Plus " or the " Company ") is pleased to announce that due to significant demand, the Company has increased the size of its previously announced non-brokered private placement (the " Offering ") from CAD $1 million to CAD $2 million. Under the revised Offering, the Company will sell up to a total of 3,636,363 units of the Company (each, a "Unit") at a price of $0.55 per Unit for total gross proceeds of up to CAD $2,000,000.
