Spencer Abraham, Vincent Della Volpe, David Kong, Gloria Ballesta and Trecia Canty being elected to the board of directors and PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP being appointed as the company’s independent registered accounting firm. In addition, UEC’s 2023 stock incentive plan and executive compensation plan were approved, both with more than 95% in favor.
