Kelowna, British Columbia–(Newsfile Corp. – October 9, 2024) – F3 Uranium Corp. (TSXV: FUU) (OTC: FUUFF) (" F3 Uranium " or the " Company ") is pleased to announce that it has entered into an agreement with Red Cloud Securities Inc., as lead underwriter and sole bookrunner, on behalf of a syndicate of underwriters (collectively, the " Underwriters "), pursuant to which the Underwriters have agreed to purchase for resale 12,500,000 flow-through units of the Company to be sold to charitable purchasers (each, a " Charity FT Unit ") at a price of C$0.40 per Charity FT Unit (the " Offering Price ") on a "bought deal" basis in a private placement for gross proceeds of C$5,000,000 (the " Underwritten Offering ").
