The acquisition cost includes $66,760 USD, $90,000 in C2C shares, and a 1% Net Smelter Return Production Royalty. The properties include Eula Belle , which historically produced 1,598,000 pounds of uranium from 1962-1978, and contains historical estimated reserves of 219,900 pounds of uranium and 790,200 pounds of vanadium. Other acquired properties include Mum-Whitney Extension, Norther, Spud Patch, and Dulaney Extension, all strategically located in areas with historical mining activity and potential resources.
