VANCOUVER, British Columbia, March 14, 2025 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Global Uranium Corp. (CSE: GURN | FRA: Q3J) (the “ Company ”) is pleased to announce a non-brokered private placement for gross proceeds of up to C$1,000,000 (the “ Offering ”).

The Offering is expected to consist of the offering of units of the Company at a price of C$0.15 per unit (each, a “ Unit ”) comprised of one common share of the Company (each, a “ Share ”) and one Share purchase warrant of the Company entitling the holder to acquire one Share (each, a “ Warrant Share ”) at a price of C$0.25 per Warrant Share for a period of twenty-four months from the date of issuance.
